Standard turnaround: 5–14 business days after deposit
Blank garments usually take 2–7 days to arrive from the supplier
Production takes 5–10 days once blanks are in-house

📦 Minimum Order Quantities
Embroidery: 36 pieces per design
Screen Printing:
36 pieces → 1-4 color designs
75 pieces → 5–6 color designs
Not looking for that many? No worries — we can still do smaller runs. They’re priced a bit differently as sample orders, and for lower quantities we’ll usually suggest DTG or DTF printing so you still get great results without the big setup costs.

When you come by, you’ll get to check out our blank racks, we’ve almost every t-shirt/hoodie blank you can think of. From affordable basics to premium and luxury cuts, you can touch, compare, and find the perfect blank for your brand before we hit print.

💸 How to Keep Costs Down
If you’re just starting your brand, the smartest move is to keep it simple and profitable:
Pick budget-friendly blanks that still rep your vision.
Don’t go too crazy with placements — instead of 3–4 prints on one shirt, start with one strong design in one spot.
Keep the color count low (1–3 colors) so production stays affordable.
💡 An easy way to actually get started is by creating one clean, low-cost item you can profit from — then reinvest into bigger, more complex designs once your brand grows.

🎨 Submitting Artwork
Preferred file types: Vector (.AI, .PDF)
Max colors: 5 on dark garments / 6 on light garments
Minimum line thickness: 0.25 pt
Need vectorizing? We offer it starting at $25 depending no complexity of your design.
Vectorizing with halftones/gradients start at $35

⚡ Rush Orders
Need your order fast? We can sometimes make it happen in 1–4 days, depending on our schedule. Rush orders come with a 10–75% fee, based on how urgent the deadline is.
Keep in mind: if we’re sourcing the blanks for you, options may be limited on short notice. Every rush situation is different — it depends on the style you need, what’s in stock, and how quickly the supplier can deliver.
Bottom line: we’ll always do our best to meet your timeline, but the more notice you give us, the more blank options you’ll have to choose from.

✅ If Mistakes Happen
We stand behind our work, but mistakes can sometimes happen in production. If a garment gets messed up, we’ll reimburse you for the full cost of the blank and the services.
We may also be able to remake the item, but this isn’t always the case and depends on the situation and timeline.
If you need an exact count for your order, we highly recommend ordering a few extras up front to make sure you’re covered.
