Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is your Turn Around time?

We have a standard turnaround time of 7-14 business days from when the initial deposit is paid.

    We like to be completely transparent with our clients so here is a breakdown of that time period;

    • If we are providing the blank garments the normal time for them to arrive to the shop is 2-7 days depending on where they are shipping from. Every blank wholesale company is different. Shipping may take longer depending on what blank you choose. We are not responsible for the amount of time it takes the blanks to arrive here. Once the deposit is paid we automatically place your blank order and then we have to wait until they come.

    • When we have all the blanks in hand it will take 5-10 days for your order to be completed through production.

  • What is your minimum ?

Our minimum for bulk pricing is

    Embroidery

    24 Pieces per design

    Screen Printing

    24 Pieces for a 1 color design

    36 Pieces for a 2-4 color design

    75 Pieces for a 5-6 color design

Any order below these minimums will be priced as samples.

  • Can I come to the shop?

We are an appointment based business in Hackensack, NJ

In order to schedule an official appointment first we need to have your designs ready and we need to discuss your plan over the phone.

Here at the shop we have a rack of some of the best blanks in the wholesale market that you see featured in our Blank Garments tab. If you are local you can come by, see the fit and feel of the garments. We are always looking for the best quality blanks to add onto our rack.

  • How do I keep my price down?

    • The blank garment you choose to print your design on will greatly affect your price. Wholesale garments available range from economical to premium, be sure to pick something in your budget.

    • Try to keep the number of print locations low. Instead of printing something on the front AND back of the shirt, just choose one location.

    • The number of colours being printed on your shirt greatly affects the price. If you’re printing a 6 colour image, but can get the same results with just 3 or 4, that will help decrease your final price.

  • How should I submit my artwork?

Artwork is the most important part of making a good quality garment. Great artwork = a great garment. The files that will provide the best quality for printing are vector files ( .ai or .pdf preferabbly)

The general rules for submitting artwork are as follows:

    • Artwork must be in vector format (.ai and .pdf is preferred)

    • Art cannot contain more than 5 colors for dark garments , 6 colors for light garments.

    • Thinnest lines cannot be more than 0.25 pt

    • If there is gradients or details that need half toning there will be an additional $10-20 artwork fee on your order.

If you do not have the artwork in vector format we do offer vectoring services starting at $25. You will be very satisfied with how crisp your design is after we clean up it up.

  • Can you do samples?

We only offer samples for embroidery and vinyl work. For screen printing we would have to charge a high cost for a sample as the time it takes to make 1 shirt is the almost the same amount of time it will take to print 12-24 shirts. This is due to the extensive setup process.

For screen printing our sampling rate starts at $100+ just for the labor. ( screen setup, artwork charges, garments & etc. are not included in this price)

For embroidery our sampling rate will range on the amount of stitches in your design.

For samples we require payment in full!

  • What is your rush order fee?

We strive to get every order out within 1-4 days from when we have everything in hand. Although we are good at achieving this goal, we cannot guarantee turn around times this fast. If you need our services with a guaranteed fast turn around time there will be a 10-40% markup depending on the urgency of your order.

  • What happens if a garment gets messed up?

Of course mistakes do happen , so we take full responsibility for any mistakes made in the production process. We will fully reimburse you for your blank + printing cost. For Embroidery the option to remake the spoiled garment is available, However for screen printing we will only be able to offer a reimbursement for the blank+service.

If the amount of garments or the timing is crucial, we recommend adding an extra piece for each size just incase any mistakes do happen in the production process.

  • Do you charge taxes?

If we are not providing the garments under state law we are required to charge the NJ State tax rate of 6.625% on your order. Unfortunately there is no way around this unless we are providing the garments.
